Cancellations & Refunds

Homeowners never pay us anything, so there is nothing to refund. This page covers lead credits for roofers and, further down, city address subscriptions.

Lead credits (roofers)

  • Credits are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or for billing mistakes. When you add credits we put more ad spend into your area to bring you leads.
  • Paying for one lead by card (where card payments are available): your card is charged only if the lead is still available when you finish paying. If another roofer got it first, the hold on your card is released and you are not charged.
  • Bad leads: report a problem within 72 hours of unlocking a lead, from the lead's page. If we approve it, the price comes back as credits. See section 3 of the Terms of Service.

City addresses: canceling

Cancel any time from the Billing tab of your dashboard, or go to Manage billing, enter your email, and use the secure link we send you. No phone call is needed.

  • Your subscription will not renew.
  • Your redirect keeps working until the end of the year you've already paid for.
  • After that date the redirect stops and the Address may be claimed by another business.
  • You can resume before that date from the same billing page and keep your Address.

City addresses: refunds

  • Yearly payments are non-refundable once your redirect is live, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • If we can't deliver your Address, for example if another business completed its claim a moment before yours, we refund you in full.
  • If we end your subscription for a reason other than a breach of our terms, we refund the unused part of your year.
  • Billing mistakes, such as a duplicate charge, are always refunded. Email [email protected].

City addresses: one-time (lifetime) payments

  • A one-time payment has no renewals, so there is nothing to cancel or renew.
  • One-time payments are non-refundable once your Address is active, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • If we can't deliver your Address, or for billing mistakes, we refund you in full, as above.

City addresses: failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically and we email you a secure link to update your card. Your redirect keeps running during a grace period of 14 days. If payment isn't received by then, the subscription ends.
